The systemA growth system, built inside your business.

First we learn how your business makes money. Then we build the structure, the systems and the automations around it, in your accounts, and improve it one thing at a time.

What is a growth system?

A growth system is everything that turns strangers into customers, built to work together: ads and content to get seen, pages that convert, first-party tracking to count what happened, and automations for the repeat work. We build it inside your business, in your accounts.

Most marketing is a pile of parts. An ad account here, a website there, a report nobody reads. Each part does its job. None of them talk to each other, so every month starts from zero.

A growth system is the same parts, built around your business and connected. The ad knows the offer. The page says what the ad said, and asks for one thing. The count shows what happened after the click. And what this month taught us shapes the next one.

Why a system

How we build it

Four phases. Business first, ads later.

  1. 01

    Understand the business.

What you sell, who buys it, what one customer is worth to you, and where the work gets stuck.

  2. 02

    Build the structure.

One offer per page, one message per audience, every account in your name.

  3. 03

    Install the systems.

Ads, content, pages, first-party tracking and reports, connected and tested.

  4. 04

    Automate and improve.

We automate the repeat work where it helps: replies, reminders, reports. Every month, one more thing gets better.

Phase by phase

What we do, what you get, what you do.

No black box. Each phase has a clear job for us, and a small one for you.

  1. Phase 01

    Understand the business.

    We do
We study your offer, your prices and margins, your customers and the questions they keep asking. We work out what one customer is worth to you.
    You get
Your business on one page: who buys, why they buy, what a customer is worth and where the work gets stuck.
    You do
Answer our questions. Give us access to the accounts you already have, with your OK.
  2. Phase 02

    Build the structure.

    We do
We give every offer its own page, every audience its own message, and every account, page and number a fixed place.
    You get
Ad accounts in your name, pages that each do one job, and a written plan for what gets built first.
    You do
Confirm what's true: your prices, your products, your promises. No source, no claim.
  3. Phase 03

    Install the systems.

    We do
We connect ads, content, pages, first-party tracking and reports. Then we test what gets counted, before and after a visitor says yes.
    You get
You see what happened after the click, not only the click. One report a month in plain words.
    You do
Agree the budget limits with us, in writing. Your ad budget goes straight from you to Meta and Google.
  4. Phase 04

    Automate and improve.

    We do
We automate the repeat work: replies, reminders, reports. Automated messages say they are automated. Each month we suggest one thing to improve.
    You get
One change a month, tested, with its reason written down. The decision log comes with your monthly report.
    You do
Say yes or no to the change. Tell us what customers keep asking; it feeds the next change.
How it runs

Once it's built, it runs in a loop.

Five steps, every month. The last one leads back to the first.

  1. 01

    Get seen.

Ads, content and search put your offer in front of people who could buy it.

  2. 02

    Easy to book or buy.

Every ad leads to one page with one job. The answer people look for sits near the top, and so does the button.

  3. 03

    Count what really happened.

After a visitor says yes, we count what happens next: a sale, a booking, a request. Not only the click.

  4. 04

    Remember.

What customers asked, what worked and why we decided, written down in one place for your business.

  5. 05

    Improve one thing.

We suggest one change. You say yes or no. We check the result, write it down and start again at step 1.

First-party tracking

Count what really happened. On your own address.

First-party tracking runs at a client of ours today. Here's what it means, in plain words.

see first-party tracking
  • Who counts.

Usually, scripts from other companies count what visitors do on your site. With first-party tracking, the counting runs on your own web address.

  • When it counts.

Only after the visitor says yes. No yes, no count. We test what is sent before and after the yes.

  • Why it matters.

Many browsers now block counting through other companies' addresses. Fewer counts get lost, so you see more of what really happened, and Meta and Google learn from more real results.

  • What it can't do.

It never counts people who say no, and it can't get past every ad blocker. Some visits stay uncounted.

Who does what

You know the business. We build the system. A person decides.

AI helps us draft, check and sort. It never spends your money or changes an ad on its own.

  • 01 · You

    The owner.

You know your customers, your margins and your promises better than anyone. You keep the final word.

    • Your offer, your prices, your claims
    • Yes or no to every change that costs money
    • Ad accounts and data in your name
  • 02 · Us

    The person doing the work.

The person you talk to builds and runs the system, with AI help. No hand-offs.

    • Builds, tests and runs every part
    • One report a month in plain words
    • A written reason for every change
  • 03 · The Metagon Brain

    The memory.

About five years of marketing data, collected before Metagon was a company. Every result we feed back makes it sharper.

    • Starts your plan from what already worked
    • Learns from patterns, not from your customers' private data
    • Suggests. Never decides.

the growth system

What is a growth system?

A growth system is everything that turns strangers into customers, built to work together: ads and content to get seen, pages that convert, first-party tracking to count what happened, and automations for the repeat work. We build it inside your business, in your accounts.

Does it run by itself?

No. Where we automate repeat work, automated messages say so. A person decides every change that costs money, and we write down why.

Has the whole system run at a client?

Not every part yet. First-party tracking runs at a client today, and the client portal is being built. We do not name clients or share their numbers.

What is first-party tracking?

Counting what visitors do on your own web address, after they say yes, instead of through other companies' scripts. Fewer counts get lost, so you see more of what really happened after the click.

Do we need all four phases?

No. You can start with one service. Every service plugs into the same system later, so nothing gets built twice.

Do you use our data for other clients?

Not your customer data, and never your name or your numbers. What we learn from results goes into Metagon Brain as patterns. Your customer data stays in your own accounts.

What does it cost?

Every project gets its own written quote, because the work depends on your business. Request a quote, we call you to understand it, and you get the price in writing before anything starts. Quotes are net, plus VAT. Your ad budget is extra and paid by you, straight to Meta and Google.

Do you promise results?

No. We promise clear work, honest numbers and a written reason for every change.

Your growth system starts with one conversation.

Tell us about your business. We call you to understand it, then send a written quote: the work, the timing and the cost. Nothing starts before you sign.
