Metagon Tools

The tools we built to run the engine.

Your growth should not live in spreadsheets and memory. So we build our own tools. Some run today. Some are being built right now. Each one says which.

Connect. Read. Decide.

Connect

You give us access to your accounts, with your OK. We never need your passwords.

Read

We read what happened after each ad and each page, and write it down.

Decide

We suggest the next step. A person says yes or no.

Each tool, what it does, and what it does not do.

  1. Growth Check

A free check of your ads, pages and tracking, from the outside. We look at what anyone can see: your website, your tags, your ads in the public ad libraries, and how AI assistants answer questions about your kind of business. You get one page with three priorities and an honest answer on fit.

Being built Does not: It does not need your passwords or access to your accounts. request a quote

Answer the most asked question in the first clip.

Fit: yes, we can help.An honest answer, also when it is no.
Example of the one-page result, made up. Not a client result.
  2. Tracking Kit

Our standard setup for counting after consent. One consent banner, one plan for what gets counted, tested before and after the yes. Being set up: sending sales, bookings and requests to Meta and Google from a server, and counting on your own web address.

Today, parts being set up Does not: It does not count people who say no. It does not promise cheaper ads. tracking and reports

  3. Client portal

One login for you and your team. You see what is connected, what we need from you, and how we work. First clients move in from January 2027.

Being built Does not: No AI reads your data in the portal. Health practices see counts and statuses only. see the portal preview

  4. Lead list

One list where every request, booking or applicant gets a step: new, called back, booked, came in. You see which ad each one came from. We test it on our own sales first. For clients it starts once a website form we built is live.

New Does not: For health practices: no names and no reasons for a visit. Only counts.

  5. Report and decision log

Once a month a person writes you a short report in plain words: what happened, what we changed, and why. Every decision goes into a written log, with the reason. New: a weekly page with three next steps.

  6. Metagon Brain

The memory of the engine. For your business: a knowledge page with what your customers ask, what we made, what worked and why we decided. Across our work: playbooks for each industry, written from what we learn. Marian built it with Claude, Anthropic's AI.

Today, playbooks being built Does not: It never moves one client's data to another client. It does not decide for you.

  7. Claims check

Before a product or health claim goes live, we check it against a primary source: the maker's sheet, the pack, or your written word. No source, no claim.

What changes for you.

01

You see what each ad led to, after consent.

02

You know what we need from you, and by when.

03

Decisions are written down, not lost in calls.

04

Next month starts from what we learned.

Rules our tools follow.

  1. 01

    A person decides

No tool spends your money on its own.

  2. 02

    We count after a yes

    No consent, no counting.

  3. 03

    New says New

A tool that has not run at a client says so.

  4. 04

Your accounts stay in your name

Ad accounts and data belong to your business.

  5. 05

    Your data stays yours

We learn as a method, never by moving data between clients.

Straight answers, yes or no first.
