Privacy notice
What happens with your data on this website, in plain words.
Who is responsible
Metagon GmbH, Am Buchwaldskopf 13B, 65527 Niedernhausen, Germany, mn@metagon.co.
When you visit this site
When you open a page, our host Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the address of the page, the time and your browser, to deliver the page and keep the site safe. Cloudflare also recognises your country from the IP address, so the site can show you the right language. We store none of this ourselves. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO: our interest in delivering this site reliably and safely.
We set no tracking cookies and load no third-party scripts.
Our fonts come from our own server.
The language switch
If you press the language switch, we set one small cookie called lang. It remembers your choice for one year and does nothing else. Without pressing the switch, this cookie is not set. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, because you asked for it yourself.
When you write to us
If you email us, we store your address and what you write, to answer you and to prepare your quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b DSGVO where it concerns working together, otherwise Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO. We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it. Please send business details only, no health or patient data.
