Automation The repeat work gets a helper. The decisions stay yours.

We build small helpers for your weekly repeat work: replies, reminders, reports, new leads. Each one has a step where a person checks. Each one is measured by the time it saves.

What is automation for a business?

Automation means software does a repeat task for you. Think of reply drafts, booking reminders, report drafts, or new leads passed to the right person. Some follow simple rules; some use AI to draft. A person approves anything that costs money. Messages go out on their own only if you choose that in writing, and they say they are automated.

The real problem

Most businesses don't need more tools. They need fewer tasks done by hand.

The same questions answered every day. Reminders that depend on memory. Reports copied together at the end of every month. None of that needs a person, until it costs money or goes out in your name.

So we automate the repeat work, and the decisions stay with you.

Where it stalls

Where the week disappears.

  1. 1

“We answer the same questions every day.”

Prices, opening hours, how to book. Your team types the same answers again and again.

  2. 2

“New requests sit in the inbox until someone notices.”

A request comes in on a busy day. By the time someone answers, the person may have asked someone else.

  3. 3

    “Reminders depend on someone remembering.”

Bookings get missed. Follow-ups never go out. Nobody planned it that way.

  4. 4

“The monthly report takes longer than the work.”

Numbers copied by hand from different tools into one sheet. Every month. By the person with the least time.

What's included

Helpers we build.

  1. 1

    Reply drafts for new requests.

A request comes in and a draft answer is ready. A person checks it and sends it.

  2. 2

    Booking reminders and follow-ups.

Sent only to people who said yes to hearing from you.

  3. 3

New leads to the right person.

Each request goes straight to the person who should answer it. Not into a shared inbox.

  4. 4

    Report drafts.

Numbers come in, a draft report comes out. A person checks it before you read it.

  5. 5

AI skills and prompts in your own tools.

Written for your business and set up where your team already works.

  6. 6

    Checks before anything goes live.

Texts and claims are checked against a source before they are published. No source, no claim.

How it works

One helper at a time, measured.

  1. 01

    Find the repeat work.

We list what your team does by hand every week, the same way each time.

  2. 02

    Pick one helper.

The one that saves the most time goes first. Not ten at once.

  3. 03

Build it with a check step.

A person approves anything that costs money. Messages go out on their own only if you choose that in writing, and they say they are automated.

  4. 04

    Measure the time saved.

Does it save time? We write the answer down. Then we pick the next one.

What every service includes

Whatever you start with, three things come with it.

  • 01 · The person

    No hand-offs.

You talk to the person doing the work, from the first call to the monthly report.

  • 02 · The brain

    Metagon Brain.

About five years of marketing data, collected before Metagon was even a company. It learns from every result we feed back.

  • 03 · The system

    One place. Being built

Ads, pages, tracking and reports, connected and in your name. A client portal to see it all in one login is being built.

Metagon Brain

The AI is the same for everyone. The data isn't.

Anyone can open an AI assistant. Nobody else has our notes. For about five years we have collected what worked and what didn't. It started before Metagon was a company, and every result we feed back makes it sharper. So your plan starts from what already worked, not from a blank page.

About 5 years
of marketing data
Before day one
built before the company
Every result
makes it sharper

It learns from patterns, not from your customers' private data. A person decides every change.

meet the brain

What we do differently

Not another agency. A system.

  1. Starts with your business

    Offer, margins and customers first

  2. Everything in one system

    Ads, content, pages, tracking, automation

  3. First-party tracking

Set up and tested after consent

  4. Learns from past results

Not a blank page every time

  5. A person approves spend

    Every budget change, in writing

  6. Accounts in your name

    Your ads, your data

Honest limits

What it does not do.

  • It does not message your customers without their yes.
  • It does not let AI decide about money. A person approves every cost.
  • It does not use AI on patient data.
  • It does not pretend to be a person. Automated replies say they are automated.

Answers

Straight answers.

automation

What is automation for a business?

Automation means software does a repeat task for you. Think of reply drafts, booking reminders, report drafts, or new leads passed to the right person. Some follow simple rules; some use AI to draft. A person approves anything that costs money. Messages go out on their own only if you choose that in writing, and they say they are automated.

Does automation replace my team?

No, automation does not replace your team. It takes the repeat work off them, so they have more time for customers.

Is it AI?

Some helpers use AI and some follow simple rules. Where AI writes a draft, a person checks it before it goes out.

Can anything go out without a person checking it?

Messages can, if you choose that in writing for one simple helper, and they always say they are automated. Nothing that costs money goes out without a person.

Do you promise it saves time?

No, we do not promise it saves time. We measure the time each helper saves and write the answer down. If a helper saves nothing, you read that in your report.

Can a health practice use automation?

A health practice can use automation for the business side only, such as report drafts and routing business requests. Reminders to patients go out only if your lawyer or data protection officer approves the setup. We never put patient data into AI.

What does it cost?

Every project gets its own written quote, because the work depends on your business. Request a quote, we call you to understand it, and you get the price in writing before anything starts. Quotes are net, plus VAT. Your ad budget is extra and paid by you, straight to Meta and Google.

Your growth system starts with one conversation.

Tell us about your business. We call you to understand it, then send a written quote: the work, the timing and the cost. Nothing starts before you sign.

Or tell us what to look at first.

A few lines about your business are enough. We reply by email.
